My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate solution focused therapy, person-centered counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices and selected Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques when clinically indicated. With over eight years of experience in behavioral therapy and more than four years in private practice, I bring both structured expertise and the flexibility to address the whole person—mind, body, and environment.

I take a holistic approach to care, recognizing that mental health is deeply interconnected with physical well-being, relationships, and life circumstances. My work is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in compassion.

I have the ability to work closely with health insurance providers to ensure clinically appropriate treatment planning, thorough documentation, and outcome-focused care.
